MTN Nigeria announced that its 4G+ service has been launched and is immediately available in Lagos, Abuja, and Port-Harcourt.
The service is determined to offer premium service to its customers across the country, MTN Nigeria Communications Plc on Tuesday.
MTN 4G+ runs on LTE advanced technology, using a combination of the recently acquired 800 megahertz (MHz) spectrum and 2600 MHz spectrum.
The added spectrum and advanced systems will enable speeds of up to 200 Mbps’.
In order for customers to make full use of this 4G+ experience, they need to upgrade to an MTN Standard 4G SIM card — available in stores all across the country.
