3. Another yoga pose for back pain is the pigeon pose
This form sounds very elegant like its namesake. However, do not take this position lightly since it can slightly challenge yoga beginners. Also, this position stretches flexors and hip rotators. One might think that the position does not cure back pain but on the contrary, hips contribute to aching backs. Like the positions discussed before this one, you need to hold this position for 5 to 10 breaths before switching to the other side and repeating the process. Bonus: The triangle pose position
As the name suggests, this yoga position makes you take the form of a triangle and eliminate the pain. It elongates your torso muscles and makes your back stronger. Hence, in this position, the sides of your body are being stretched as well. This stimulates your outer hip since as mentioned earlier, stress on your hips causes back pains as well.
